Submissions

The Coachella Review accepts original work that is vibrant, thoughtful, and precise. Whether your work is innovative or traditional, we strive to celebrate writing that holds readers in awe.

We publish two issues a year, in June and December. Submissions for our Summer 2024 issue open on Friday, December 1, 2023 and close on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Creative submissions are currently closed for the TCR Blog, including pitches for reviews and interviews. Please do not email any submissions.

Our response time is generally three to six months.
Simultaneous submissions are welcomed, but please do not send us more than one submission per genre per issue.

The Coachella Review uses Submittable. Please follow the links below for detailed guidelines for each genre and to submit.
